Wicomico County, MD - On September 26, 2025, Logan Littleton, 29, of Seaford, DE, was sentenced to 25 years in the Division of Corrections.

The Honorable S. James Sarbanes, Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, issued the maximum penalty allowed by law. Littleton was convicted on July 23, 2025, of Sexual Abuse of a Minor following a three-day trial.

The investigation revealed that from 2014 through 2015, Littleton sexually abused a minor under the age of 10 who was in his household.

Upon his release from prison, Littleton will be placed on lifetime sexual offender supervision and must register as a Tier III sexual offender for life.

Wicomico County State's Attorney (SA) Jamie L. Dykes commented on the case, "Sexual abuse of children is an intolerable crime. Its devastating effects are often carried by the survivors for the remainder of their lives. Because of the determined courage of the survivor in this case, and the jury's considered verdict, the survivor received at least some measure of the justice they deserve. The Court's sentence to the maximum penalty serves as a powerful reminder that the type of hurt and harm inflicted by this Defendant will never go unnoticed in Wicomico County."

SA Dykes commended the work of Detective G. Wells of the Salisbury Police Department, who served as the lead investigator, along with Child Protective Services and members of the Wicomico County Child Advocacy Center. She also acknowledged Senior Assistant State's Attorney Michael Calabrese, who prosecuted the case.
