Man Arrested After Being Found Inside Someone's Vehicle

CAMBRIDGE, MD - On September 14, 2025, a man was arrested after being discovered inside another person's vehicle.
At approximately 1:43 a.m., officers from the Cambridge Police Department were dispatched to the 400 block of Pine Street following a report of an individual inside a car.
When they arrived, officers found a male subject in the passenger seat of a vehicle. The owner of the vehicle, who was at the scene, stated they did not know the person.
Officers identified the individual as Diavon Xavier Nixon, 30, of no fixed address. The vehicle appeared to have been rummaged through. Mr. Nixon was placed under arrest. A subsequent search revealed he was in possession of a smoking device used for crack cocaine.
Mr. Nixon was transported to the Cambridge Police Department for processing and was later released on his personal recognizance. He was charged with Rogue and Vagabond, CDS Possession Not Cannabis, and CDS Possession Paraphernalia.
