Man Charged With Alcohol Related Driving Offenses Following Hospital Stay

TALBOT COUNTY, MD - On September 16, 2025, a Talbot County Criminal Summons was served to Obdulio W. Bartolon Ramos, 28, of Cambridge, Maryland, by the Easton Police Department.

The summons follows an investigation that began on September 25, 2024. Bartolon was investigated for driving under the influence on September 25, 2024, following citizen complaints of his reckless driving in the area of Ocean Gateway and Airport Road.

Due to his level of suspected intoxication, he was transported to a local area hospital. Mr. Bartolon Ramos consented to a blood test to determine his blood alcohol content.

The lab results, returned at a later date, indicated a blood alcohol concentration of 0.22 grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood, which is over the legal limit.

Following these results, a criminal summons was issued. Bartolon Ramos is charged with Intoxicated Endangerment, Reckless Driving, Negligent Driving, DUI, and DWI.
