Wicomico County, MD - Logan Littleton, 29, of Seaford, Delaware, was convicted on July 23, 2025, on three counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor by a Wicomico County jury. The trial, which lasted three days, was overseen by Administrative Judge S. James Sarbanes of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County.

Sentencing has been deferred pending the completion of a mandatory pre-sentence investigation and mental health assessment. Littleton will remain in custody until sentencing.

The charges stem from incidents that occurred between 2014 and 2015 when Littleton sexually abused a minor under the age of 10 who was residing in his household.

Wicomico County State's Attorney Jamie L. Dykes issued a statement following the verdict, emphasizing the county's commitment to protecting children and pursuing justice for survivors.

"Sexual abuse of children will never be tolerated in Wicomico County. I commend the bravery and courage of the survivor for coming forward and testifying, which is always a daunting and difficult experience. Because of that courage, along with the jury's considered verdict, the survivor received the justice they deserve. I hope the survivor finds peace and healing in the knowledge that this Defendant has finally been held accountable for his crimes," SA Dykes said.

The investigation was led by Detective G. Wells of the Salisbury Police Department, with additional support from Child Protective Services and members of the Wicomico County Child Advocacy Center. State's Attorney Dykes also expressed appreciation for Senior Assistant State's Attorney Michael Calabrese, who prosecuted the case and vigorously pursued justice.
