Warrant Served on Charges from 2019 in Talbot County

Talbot County, MD -On October 22, 2019, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested Andre Alonzo Adgerson, 43, of Cambridge, MD.

An arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court on September 5, 2025, charging Adgerson with failure to appear at a scheduled court hearing. The original charge was for a driver giving a false and fictitious name to uniformed police.

Following the arrest, Adgerson was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing and an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner. He was initially held pending further court action.

On September 22, 2025, Adgerson was released on a $2,500 unsecured personal bond.
