Wicomico County Man Arrested in Talbot County for an Active Arrest Warrant

Talbot County, MD -On September 26, 2025, a man from Salisbury, Maryland was arrested in Talbot County on an open warrant from Wicomico County, Maryland.

Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation on Ocean Gateway near Arcadia Street. The driver was identified as Tony Hall Vann, 38, of Salisbury, MD.

A records check showed that Vann had an active arrest warrant issued by the Wicomico County District Court. The warrant included charges of first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and theft.

Vann was taken into custody and transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. Following an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner, he was held without bond pending further court action.
